But there may be even less available inventory than more buyers expect.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Because a lot of the homes that remain on the market are in such poor condition</strong> that most buyers don’t want them, and even if they did, they could not secure a loan for the house.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>The other day four of the six houses that I showed</strong> were practically unsellable. Intellectual property rights." width="454">I was waiting in my real estate office for a client</strong> to arrive and so to kill some time I grabbed a magazine that was on the conference tables.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>It’s a familiar slick color periodical that features things to do and see in Atlanta.</strong> It is designed primarily for people relocating to the area.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>As I thumbed through the magazine</strong> I was struck by a photo of Starr’s Mill that was very similar to one that I had taken several years ago.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Upon further scrutiny, I realized that it was not just SIMILAR</strong> to my photo:</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>It WAS my photo.</strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Quickly I located the original photo and guess what?</strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>They had cropped my copyright notice </strong>out of the image.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Too bad so sad. Everything these days is moving towards the extreme. Judging from the coupons in my email, we want to do everything from jumping out of airplanes to free climbing sheer rock cliffs.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Even the food that we eat now is much more extreme.</strong> The spicier and hotter the better. When I was a kid potato chips tasted like potatoes.
