Richard, I am seeing more and more of these mergers of brokerage offices for economies of scale. Spectacular pumpkin photo.

Richard:  I sincerely hope this merger is a sign of good things to come for all the Realtors and staff of the two combined offices.  Best of luck... !

Richard,  Economies of scale should help during this temporary market correction.  When the economy starts swinging the other way again, and it will, your brokerage should be poised to take advantage.  Best wishes.

Richard,

Hope this works well for you!  I'm glad they dropped the Buckhead part...It is too close to butthead for my liking.  I can see way to many jokes at the expense of the good agents in the office.

Mandi...

Many hands make light work ,,, we should be just fine now!

Wow, good luck.

now Richard, I have a question and my question is probably on a lot of minds but no one will ask for fear of looking stupid....but....anyway....

I like how you have your name on your pictures and with all this stuff about not having original photos and such, i want mine safeguarded.

i have a few pictures i want put into print and i don't want people using them before I can get this down....so...tell me how i go about it...for me....for all of AR.

Melina ....

lol In most places, you would be correct, but in Atlanta, Buckhead is one of Atlanta's most desirable and pricey areas!

Ann...

Thanks!

Nancy...

I'll write a post about it tomorrow or Saturday!
