Coweta Fayette Real Estate & Newnan Homes for sale blog by Richard Weisser of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers

Are you tired of playing games?

MonopolyHave you had enough of going around and around with no clear ending in sight? Are you depending on chance to decide how far you will go and what steps you'll take next?

Are you hoping that others will make the wrong move so that you will benefit? Have you been ignoring strategy and good planning and been relying on something bad happening to someone else?

There are those that are in the game just to be there and are satisfied just to survive, and then there are those that expect to win. They invest wisely, plan for unexpected emergencies, and keep going even if fortune is working against them.

Buy hey; they don't have a monopoly on good business planning! So just stop doing nothing but sitting idly by on the sidelines, and get in the game!

Richard,

Another great post.....sometimes we forget the basics and blame the market not our conduct.

I can't remeber the exact quote, but Leesa Finley has a great one about Winning!  Hopefully she will come soon and provide the correct text!  Basically it's says if you aren't in it to win, you should just pack it up.

Buyers seem to be so reluctant on hiring buyers agents. Its my biggest frustration. They want you to work for free.

Richard.....I want to know where THAT Monopoly game is? That looks cool! I have not played in years, but I have the Atlanta Edition! It's pretty cool!

Great post, as always!

Pam...

In poker, those that arrive to play without of chance of winning are simply referred to as: "dead money!" THX

Laura...

I have learned to clear that I right away. I have written several posts about that very thing, I look them up for you! Thanks,

Thom...

This is a designer edition ... oh I can't remember the name ... I'll check and get back to you. It belongs to a friend of mine and she set it up for the photo shoot! She did a great job too!

Richard - my broker keeps saying it's a numbers game, looks like some winning numbers are starting to come in again. Love monopoly but haven't played in many years.

bravo however life it a game whether we realize it or not.  We move to win at sale convince others to do business with us based on how we conduct ourselves.  Some have problems others are smooth .  Have a great weekend.
