Has it been ages since you've gotten up and done something? Look at you. There you are, wrapped up in your own little cocoon; waiting for someone else to take the initiative and do something to get you moving.
Sure, you can stay in your little comfort zone, all bundled up in the familiar trappings of past history. Or you can rise up, cast off the old, take charge and try something entirely new.
It may take some doing to get those old bones active again, but stranger things have happened. It can take time to change the old ways of doing things, but time is the one thing that is certain to pass you by if you ignore your opportunities.
So dust off the old, and try on the new. Who knows? You just might find that there is some life left in you yet!

Richard,
I love to sleep and lay around and just veg...but in the early part of the day ...I'm always out doing something active to keep me fresh and my bones too:)
It's not my fault, IT'S NOT MY FAULT!!! Somebody said something mean to me, they caused this inactivity. Just let me alone, I'll be alright in a year or two........
Thank you sir for the kick in the BUTTOCKS!!!!
Richard, it used to be that I could lay around and do business in my sleep. Now, I have to actually turn off the alarm clock.
Thanks
Bo
Neal...
Well, you can stiffen up from lack of activity so that's good! THX.
Don...
It's time to start thinking "outside the box!" lol
As always Richard, good advice. I am an Aquarius, so it is in blood to always try new things. Give me energy and is exciting.
Bo...
This is the dawn of a new age! The age of ... continued in the comment to Anne...

When the moon, is in the seventh house... Thanks.
Hi Richard! I do need to get moving again. I've been paralyzed by the enormity of my disorganization and overwhelmed with my son leaving for college. The bigger my piles get, the more I ignore them. It's getting monumental. Maybe I'll do one room today. Thanks!
Richard: Sometimes you just have to do something out of the ordinary to liven things up.
But Richard, I'm all wrapped up in doin nuttin if you know what I mean
When did you get that picture of me? You could hvae taken the other side...it's my better side ya know!
Thanks for the kick. I have been a bit lazy lately, not up until about 7 and bed early...1-2 am. Need to get my butt in gear!
In the Bible, Ezekiel tells the story about a valley of bones that were returned to life by the breath of God blowing on them and actually covering them with tendons, muscles, cartledge, blood vessels, and skin. Yes it is possible to change the way we think about things and the way we do things.
Thank you for the good post.
Richard, I really do feel like a mummy somedays...but not always and I think that I truly am one to try new things. I am not afraid of change.
Susan...
Sometimes it's nice to have a little room to breathe! THX
Chris Ann...
or the place will be as quiet as a tomb! Thanks
Don...
You've got to take it one bit of cloth at a time. Thank you.
Bill...
Wow, you get five hours of sleep? You ARE lazy!
Wayne...
There is a Bone valley in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, but I don't think it was named after the incident in Ezekiel!
Lori...
Well, being shipped from continent to continent is one thing, but at some point you still have to break out from your restraints! ;)
Is this a nice way of telling me to get off my butt and get to work? My blogger's butt thanks you.
Mel...
Aw, take it easy for a while. You've earned it!
Richard - Looks like Pod People to me. Be careful where you go to sleep.
Mike...
Well, that are from another time and place, that's for sure. I was wondering why I wasn't getting any action on this yesterday and then I realized just a while ago that I forgot to add it to any groups!
I think a lot of us are trying to do "just that" Get moving again. We had a couple of REALLY good years. Now what -- go back to basics and GET OUT THERE!!
