The joy and benefits of NOT sleeping!

Grasshopper on HibiscusThink about this...not sleeping has its advantages!

1) You get an extra 6-8 hours a day to do anything you want! Than can be up to 56 hours a week or 248 hours a month. That's a over 10 full 24 hour days a month free just for not sleeping.

2) You can be catatonic or even comatose during the day without taking mind-numbing drugs or drinking yourself into oblivion. That translates to true cash savings!

3) You can drive long distances painlessly without any recollection of how you got where you currently are! Sort of like having your own chauffeur.

4) Food becomes important not only as sustenance, but also as a cushion to break the fall when your head crashes into your plate. pastas make especially nice pillows!

5) And finally, you get to see all of that great 4 A.M. television that's full of terrific products and educational services that you could not learn about any other way. As they say over and over, NOT available in stores.

Richard, very funny.  I hope you are not actually having sleep problems.  I sleep soundly throughout the night, every night. Except for the few times that I slipped up and had too much caffeine in the evening which kept me up all night.  We all need our sleep to be refreshed and productive the next day.

WOW!  Your a hard working broker!  I love reading this blog because I know others are not getting sleep like myself.  Realtors and Brokers are clearly working harder.   I went the last 2 days without any sleep.  I only do that to catch back up.  I know it is crazy we do this right??  Consumers must realize how hard us agents and brokers are working!  Thanks and I knew I wasn't the only one out there not getting any sleep!

Thanks,  Tom Davis Realtor - Delaware

Richard, An old friend of mine once told us that he perfected the act of sleeping and driving at the same time. He is a musician, so maybe that explains his theory??

Richard, I have the luxury of being an insomniac. Do to this helpful sleep disorder, I get very little sleep, but most of my best ideas come somewhere between 1am and 4am. I guess you could say when it comes to staying up late, I have a leg up on the competition.

JL,

Plus you can learn how to buy real estate for under a hundred dollars per parcel or house! Of course, those results were not typical!

Richard I know a hypnotist that can make you work while you are a sleep. This has to be the best way to work. Just a little humor to the subject. Thanks
