Richard great reminder! Keep on keeping on year round, even when the bear in us wants to hibernate!
Although I have been told I am a bear at times...I don't hibernate in the winter. All aspects of my life go on to ensure things happening in the future.
Richard, Now that the solstice has passed, I can see a difference in the light and it motivates me to move.

Hi Richard: I see so many agents sitting and complaining but if they spent that valuable time - working towards a goal... they would be smiling... The market may be bad - but there are always buyers and sellers.
Richard - if you sit around waiting for something to happen it sure will ... your business will decrease, you will be bored, your financial income will dissolve and you become invisible to all with your business. By sitting and waiting you will definitely create something ... FAILURE!

I think of floor duty like that - sitting around and waiting - usually nothing happens. It's just not a good way to spend one's time.

One phrase that I keep repeating is "Pray to God, and continue rowing toward shore" If you want to survive and thrive, you have to keep pushing forward.
Well I agree that if you want to get things done, you've got to do things. On the other hand, I really love the time I can make for myself to do absolutely nothing. I think it's like exercising too much. You have to take some days off to heal.
Well you have to kep the lights on and the house warm. So why not get off your rear and do what you do best.
You have to move to keep getting listings and selling. If you don't you will lose in the end.
Been there and did that and yes nothing came of it! No more always thing and moving!
