Coweta Fayette Real Estate & Newnan Homes for sale blog by Richard Weisser of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers

Soaring above the rest is 10% inspiration and 90% attitude!

Motivation comes from deep within!Inspiration can come from any source at any time. Life is rife with those special moments that lift our spirits and press us forward.

But there is an element of attitude interwoven into the fabric of inspiration. We can only be uplifted if we face each day with a positive frame of mind that is open to encouragement.

If we seek inspiration, it is there for us to find. Motivation, on the other hand, comes from deep within and positive results demand deliberate action.

If we continually clad ourselves in positivity, we will not require additional inspiration.

Rather, we will be the source of it!

Richard- one needs to have the motivation to soar.  Inspiration is the beginning.  The rest is up to us.

Richard, We've just got to be open to it!  The Navy gave me great training on attitude and staying positive despite trying circumstances.  Real estate can beat people down if they focus on the negatives rather than the positives.

Hi Richard, staying positive is just how I am. I wasn't exactly raised with it but somewhere down the line I ended up positive.

Richard, I try to fulfill the Word of "be in prayer constantly" and when I'm feeling down there is nothing like the high of feeling like God answered a prayer.

Good piece of advice Richard.  Having a good attitude is a conscious decision which I had  to work at to develop, but once acquired it is easily maintained.   When I am in the present, I don't have time to be judging everything and everyone around me.  That has worked well for me.

The beautiful thing about attitude is that you can choose your own.  When I trace my attitude to its source, I can figure out how it needs to be adjusted.

You write easy to read posts with great photos and great messages. I have not picked a favorite post yet, but I'll keep looking for the BEST of Richard! Or you could do a year end post like that. Darn, that's a good idea.

Richard, Oh so true my friend!  it's SO much easier to focus on the positive versus negative but many don't understand that.  If we believe it, we CAN do it.  Thanks for writing this inspirational post for all of us :)
