Richard, I believe if the press stopped spreading doom and gloom, with a focus on small, positive things, or if they at least ran positive stories as well, we would all be better off.

I agree with Steve, the NAR girl needs to be replaced, she may be cute, but what is it with the whole "call a realTOR today?" Why so much EMPHASIS ON THE "TOR"? They make them all do that and it sounds SO stupid!

My friend you have made some good points here and I would add that buyers that are buying some foreclosed properties are getting some great buys.
