Coweta Fayette Real Estate & Newnan Homes for sale blog by Richard Weisser of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers

It’s officially Spring, and it’s about time! The trees are blooming and the buyers are stirring!

Blooming Bradford pears in Coweta County GASpring is arriving late here in Georgia. The blooming trees and shrubs all seem to have been confused by all of the Winter weather that we have experienced, but after a few warm days the explosion of profuse flowering has commenced in earnest.

We typically see these first blooms in early March, and by the equinox the first green leaves have already pushed out. But this year is far from typical.

Not entirely coincidentally, the pattern of the real estate business seems to be paralleling the weather. As the daily temperatures have warmed up so has the desire of buyers to capitalize on all of the excellent purchasing opportunities that have been lingering in the cold.

It’s looks like it’s going to be a red hot Spring!

Hi Richard, great pictures.  Now that it's officially Spring, I hope Mother Nature will turn up the heat a bit.

Richard, those photos are beautiful! I am waiting for the flowers to bloom, I see buds on the forsythia and a few others, I see daffodils pushing through the ground, but nothing yet!

And great news, buyers are out with the blooms. I am waiting!

Hi Richard! Don't ya just love Spring! It changes moods for the better. Our office has been very quiet in March so far. I'm hoping it's going to change and soon! I'm prepared :)

Richard we are finally getting some weather in the high 50-low 60's. Seems like the market is heating up a little also.

Richard, our daffodils are starting to come up. A sure sign of Spring in our area. The phone is starting to ring another sure sign. Have a great week.

I hope you are right.  I could do with some red hot - both temperature and real estate.

Hey Richard...our spring is on the early side this year.  Our buyers though, still seam to be hibernating.  We are getting to the point of no return.

Richard:  If it gets any busier here in Northern VA with the warming weather, I think I'm going to have to go into hiding.  The snow storms kept very few people at bay.  I just got around to sorting and saving my emails from last September.

Great pictures you have had of the trees blooming this Sprng. With al the Winter that was this year there should be a lot of cabin fever driving buyers out into the marketplace this Spring. Get ready for the rush.

Richard, what AMAZING photos!  We had snow on the first 2 days of spring in Oklahoma.  I can't wait to see the sun and all the beauty spring brings.

Richard, your spring is definitely there, ours still needs a couple more weeks. Rumors are that maybe some white stuff for the middle of this week.
