Richard: We're dealing with the same thing up in Northern Virginia. It's amazing how many buyers are out house hunting, particularly for homes under $300K.
Richard - We're experiencing the same up here too. Looks like the buyers are all trying to make a mad dash to the finish line.

Good for you Richard. We've had an increase also, but many are just a bit to hesitant to put their checkbooks out. Also, lots of cancellations from up north because of missed flights.
