Coweta Fayette Real Estate & Newnan Homes for sale blog by Richard Weisser of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers

The buyers are coming out of the woodwork in Coweta County Georgia, and the next two months are going to be hectic!

Coweta County first time home buyersIf this weekend is an indicator of things to come, the next two months are going to be very active in the Newnan and Coweta County real estate market.

The phone has been ringing off the hook with approved buyers seeking to grab a bargain priced house and grab a nice tax credit to boot.

And with interest rates still very low and with limits on seller contributions to closing soon to be enacted, there is a genuine sense of urgency to move now.

We are gearing up to make the dream of home ownership a reality for a many buyers as we can.

It is a noble calling, and we are ready and willing to fulfill it!

I'm glad things are looking up in your area.  I hoping for the same here.

Richard:  We're dealing with the same thing up in Northern Virginia.  It's amazing how many buyers are out house hunting, particularly for homes under $300K.

Richard - We're experiencing the same up here too.  Looks like the buyers are all trying to make a mad dash to the finish line.

Richard ~ I too have been very busy and people are coming out early this year.  Could it be a sign?  I hope so.  Best wishes for you.

Richard, if this weekend is a sign of things to come, I just might need to hire an assistant!

I don't know if it was the warmer weather, my persistent advertising, or what. But I'm not complaining!

Glad to hear you're busy too! It's all good!

Richard,

I don't know what's getting them out but I'm glad they're here. Let the good times roll.

Good for you Richard.  We've had an increase also, but many are just a bit to hesitant to put their checkbooks out.  Also, lots of cancellations from up north because of missed flights.

Tammie...

Prices are depressed but we are working like crazy. THX!

Chris Ann...

Here it's under $100K but at least we're busy. Thanks so much.
