Coweta Fayette Real Estate & Newnan Homes for sale blog by Richard Weisser of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers

It's Monday, and I'm ready to go and so are the home buyers! This is going to be a very interesting week!

Newnan Geogia at duskAs fall starts to set in, the real estate market in my area of Newnan Georgia seems to be invigorated with new energy!

Whether it's due to the current tax refund that is available, or the terrific prices combined with low interest rates, the pool of buyers that are ready to commit to a purchase has grown exponentially over the last two weeks.

We have always been busy, now we are busy getting deals done. There's a different sense of urgency in the air that is calling bargain hunters to action!

And even though we have a full schedule this week, the new leads are flowing in and we are going to have to work really hard to accommodate everyone!

It's going to be very interesting ... and busy!

Richard,

Ditto for Sussex County NJ! Without doubt you'll find the right homes at the right price for your buyers.

Richard,

There does seem to be that sense of urgency that hasn't been around for a while. The clock is ticking on the first time home buyers it sure does seem that the bottom has hit in most markets.

Indeed Richard.  I'm on my way to the gym this a.m. for a good work-out, then back to shackle myself to my computer and telephone.

We have a "window of opportunity" until the tax credit time runs and the holidays take over.

Sell while the buyers are looking.

Richard,

Go get them!! Sounds like you have good signs and energy to handle the flow. We had 22 people @ one of our open houses yesterday and we are finding the same thing we see every year..the week after Labor Day the level of interest intensives!

Richard:  Sounds like a great problem to have.  Too many prospects and not enough time in the schedule.  I'm sure you and your partner will find a way to accomodate all and get them all into homes.

Richard, I have talked to several agents and many have said that the market is picking up for them too. Good problem to have...

It is getting very busy here in New Hampshire as well!  I hope that homebuyers will take advantage of the tax credit, low interest rates and more affordable housing.
