Insomnia could be a wonderful thing. Without it, how would I know that I could be making millions by buying real estate with no credit and no money down or at government tax sales.
And, lucky for me, the fellows that discovered these secrets are willing to share them with the rest of the world! Oh, goody-goody for us, we can all be millionaires in just a few months.
All we have to do is employ their "proven techniques" and we can have "net worths" in the millions! And the best part about is that they are not in it for the money!!!
They are letting us have this life changing information "at cost!"
Hmmm....ever heard of the Internet? If these pitchmen want to be so magnanimous, they should post the information there and share it with the world. And if one of them did, I would have this to say:
"Results not typical!"
As a sad side note, pitchman Billy Mays passed away yesterday. He developed a professional personality that made him an iconic fixture on television, and he will be missed!

That is horrible about Billy Mays. He was a spectacular pitch man, really! I tried Oxy-clean because of him. And it worked.
These pitchmen are out there making millions off of peoples greed and they are laughing all the way to the bank. Results are typical!

I don't who said but I once heard "there's a fool born every minute and twenty to take him." The ratio maybe off but buyers do need to beware and think things through.
It takes too much time to become a millionaire in real estate. I was contacted by a relative of a deposed leader in Nigeria. Long story short, he's going to wire $10 million into my bank account. What a fool!
Don't most of those "programs" come with a free ginsui knife set!!! That alone would be worth the cost!!!
Geeesh Richard - now you tell me... after almost 10 years in real estate. But since I <<love>> what I do I'll continue working even after I net my millions... sad week for loosing good people wasn't it?
Richard, I have had come in contact with several people over the past year that are convinced they can swoop in and buy a great move in ready home for $20K or less then turn it around next year and make 100k in equity. However, all it takes is stepping into one of these $20K homes to snap them back into reality.

Love Cheryl's plan! The only one who gets rich is the promoter of these things. Late night TV should have a warning lablel, I have fallen victum to some wonderful products that did not come close to performing as promised (I should have read the fine print) Older and wiser now thank God!

Richard, a few months I went to a commercial networking meeting. A question was asked, "Who has money to invest?" Not one person raised their hand. All the wannabe investors were there looking for all those "no money down" investments they hear about on the Infomercials. Go figure.
Too bad about Billy Mays. He was some kind of pitch man.
The pitches are many; the dreamers many more! Some fall for for these guys...no disrespect to Billy Mays.

Richard - It's so kind of you to share with us here about the secrets you learnt. I'm so excited that I too will be a millionaire in a few months. Why didnt you have insomnia earlier and share this good news with the rest of us? I'll forgive you for that.
I have so many people buy into those late night scams. Then, they come to me after they have spent $10K on it. I tell them today is their luck day-I am only charging $5K and their eyes light up. Why not? I am a licensed professional with education and experience.
And I bet if you called now, Richard, they'd throw in a great set of steak knives too!

As a life long insomniac, I have seen tons of these fantastic deals over the years. I love the promises they make. The best way to truly make millions is to write a book or make a video on how to make millions.
Richard, It's amazing what late-night TV brings to those sleepless nights...that is why I started picking up books instead! I heard about Billy Mays as well...he was much too young, very sad.
But wait if you act right now we will double you order. Even though I haven't ordered products he promoted I'm sure they will have a tough time replacing him.
