Dixieland Fun Park in Fayetteville Georgia opens the 2009 Season with new rides, new rates, and a new look!

Dixieland Fun Park in Fayetteville Georgia opens for 2009Dixieland Fun Park has been a favorite playground for south metro Atlanta area families since 1990! And the park has grown from humble beginnings into a full fledged theme park, with over twenty rides and attractions, and exciting and entertaining shows.

But the big news for the 2009 season is an all new daily use pricing structure. Dixieland has inaugurated a new all day admission fee that allows visitors to enjoy nearly all of the rides an unlimited amount of times during each visit.

Individual ride tickets have become a thing of the past so there is no more rationing or allocating tickets for any specific attraction. Instead, you can ride the exciting Screaming Eagle Roller Coaster, the classic Scrambler, or the terrifying Scream-N-Swing as many times as you can!

Also included in the price of admission are the two mini-golf courses, Riverwalk and Lakeside, and the famous Dixieland go-karts!

2009 all day admission for riders over 44" tall is $19, and $14 for riders 32" to 43" tall and children under 31" tall are admitted free. Complete details about Dixieland pricing including restrictions.

Richard, I like the flat pricing, it seems more logical. The motorcycle going over that guy is a great shot.

Gary...

I missed the next shot though ... the motorcycle jumped the guy "long ways!" All of this without ramps or aids ... it was amazing! Thanks, as always.

Richard, our major theme park is looking to sell.  They have even changed rates to try and bring in more people...must be the in thing!

This is sure to bring in more people to the area. I like theme parks they are just so expensive to do much. My kids love carowinds.

Richard - great theme park shots. While I still enjoy them, I don't do any rides that have  some version of the word "SCRFEAM" in them.

Here is a great theme park song for you! Thanks for a post the reminded me of it.

I don't think I have ever heard of Dixieland, but it looks like fun to me.
