What makes real estate different from any other product? Hint: It’s the location!

The old mantra of “location, location, location” still reigns true despite the plethora of Internet housing catalogs and real estate resources.

We get a lot of calls from folks in other areas of the country that are attracted by our low real estate values and bargain prices. Many tell me that they plan on selling their houses in high real estate dollar areas and come to Newnan and pay cash for their next house.

Which is an excellent idea if your want to live in Newnan! Now, don’t get me wrong, Newnan is great and I love it here, but there is more to a community than the price of its real estate.

Purchasing a home is not just buying an assemblage of lumber and gadgets. It is a lifestyle choice.

And so indelibly attached to any house is the community where it lies! And if you love the community and the house, you have a match made in heaven.
